SwBase Confirmations Matching Automatic matching of FX and securities confirmations messages. Tracks mismatches, unmatched messages, amendments and cancellations. Foreign Exchange (MT300), Money Markets (MT320), Options (MT305, MT306) and securities confirmations (MT515, MT518) are supported.

Matching
All incoming and outgoing confirmation messages are monitored by a service for tracing matches. Amendment and Cancellation messages are handled properly for breaking existing matches. Partial matches can be manually matched or unmatched. Unmatched messages can be investigated, archived, sent chasers or kept till a matching message arrives.

Criteria
Criteria for full matches and partial matches can be defined by operators with appropriate priviledges. This means you can determine which fields constitute a full or partial match per message type.

Chasers
Chaser messages (MT399 or MT599) for unmatched or mismatched confirmations can be created easily using templates created by users. Details of the transaction are automatically entered.

Reports
In addition to querying all previous confirmations according to various criteria like match status, counter party, rates, dates etc. you can use prebuilt reports or request custom reports from us. Prebuilt reports include inquiry for message traffic grouped for various criteria and inquiry for all messages for a transaction (original, amendment, cancellation, chaser, etc.)

Auditing
Full history of messages is recorded for future inquiries. An event log is also kept for tracking all manual interventions.
